Ambassadors go back to school!

The Autism Ambassadors delivered two presentations to a variety of Barking and Dagenham Council staff at Dagenham Library on Tuesday 16th April and Tuesday 23rd April. All 23 staff across the two sessions said they really enjoyed the presentation and the Ambassadors received a request for a presentation from two staff members from Barking and Dagenham Adult College.

The Ambassadors cracked it once again on Tuesday 23rd April by delivering another two presentations at Chestnut Nursery School in Dagenham. This time, however, the audience members were not just from Barking & Dagenham, but other Chestnut nurseries in East London. After the presentation, Ambassadors Robert and Charlie (pictured above) were rewarded for their efforts with an Easter egg each!

The pupils of Sydney Russell Primary School weren’t the only ones going back to school on Wednesday 24th April! Ambassadors Alex, Robert and Charlie went back to school too, but to educate rather than be educated! The Ambassadors delivered their usual brand of autism awareness training to play leaders and teaching assistants at Sydney Russell Primary School. All 14 staff members who attended the session said they enjoyed it and they received a request to deliver another presentation to the secondary phase of Sydney Russell School, on Parsloes Avenue.
