Can you help the Sycamore Trust?

Here at Sycamore Trust, we're committed to providing the best possible help and support for families for whom autism is part of their daily life.  Autism affects 700,000 individuals in the UK, so if you include family members, autism touches over 2.8m people in this country alone.

We provide a range of support for families affected by Autism and Learning Difficulties in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering and every £1 we receive in donations goes towards essential services in those areas.  Some of the areas we serve are among the most deprived parts of London and our services are incredibly important to the families that come to us for help.

In order to maintain these essential services, we rely on a wide range of funding, some of which comes from local authorities and some of which comes from successful applications to large funds like BBC Children In Need and the National Lottery.  Sadly, there's not enough to provide all the services that we'd like to and we are more and more reliant on private donations, like so many other small charities.

If you think you can help, there are a number of ways you can get involved, from a small amount to a larger sum.
