End of term success!

It's the end of term for the students on the Supported Internship programme at New City College in Redbridge. The ten week course began in January of this year and finished a fortnight ago with a special ceremony in which facilitator Emma Marston handed out certificates to all the students in front of a specially invited group of prospective employers.
The topics covered by the course included Health and Hygiene, Sharing Private information, Peer Pressure, Relationships, Contraception and Appropriate Touching. There are various personal, social, health & economic courses taking place throughout the area, Barking & Dagenham College and New City College.
These courses are provided for the local colleges by Parenting Pathways Project for designated groups who are already enrolled on college courses. We welcome enquires from other local educational establishments who may like to know more about the courses we can offer. We also offer 1:1 and small group PSHE for young adults with learning difficulties . For more information, email
