Frying tonight!
Our Tuesday night Matata Club is pehaps the most popular of our youth clubs, and it's no surprise, because they are always eating! If there is an excuise to get out the recipe books, the Matata youngsters are all over it, so it won't come as any surprise that they embraced the concept of pancake day with real enthusiasm.
There was plenty of mixing, frying, flipping and finally, eating last Tuesday night as the young people tried their hand at making pancakes, which is always a good fun activity. So the message is clear; if you're hungry, head to Matata!
