Sycamore Trust U.K. recognised as an Investor In People

And has been awarded the Investors in People Bronze Standard

SYCAMORE TRUST U.K. RECOGNISED AS AN INVESTOR IN PEOPLE

Sycamore Trust U.K. charity supporting people affected by Autism & Learning Difficulties in London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge has been awarded the Investors in People Bronze Standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.

The organisation rebranded in March 2014 after a successful merge in 2011 between Parents of Autistic Children Together and B&D Mencap. Sycamore Trust currently have premises in Woodward Road, Dagenham and more recently have opened an Autism Hub in the Liberty Centre, Romford.  Its purpose is to provide a range of services to specifically designed to support families, educate the community and empower individuals.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Bronze standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of.
