Lambourne again!
This coming August, we will be returning to the Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning, for another Sycamore Trust summer event. It’s a wonderful venue and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our visits there in the past. We are looking forward to going back this summer and we hope to see as many of our young people as possible.
Our summer camp this year will be slightly shorter than usual – we’ll be starting on Monday 11th August and we’ll be finishing on Wednesday 13th August, but we’ll be packing lots of activity into those three days. Participants must be aged between 10 and 18 and have a current Sycamore Trust risk assessment and the price for the summer camp is £40 per day. Please drop a line to steve.dixon@sycamoretrust.org.uk to indicate if you have a young person who would like to attend and please indicate if you wish to send them for one, two or all three days.
This is a first come – first served offer and places are limited, so please let us know as soon as you can. Families can book any combination they desire, although there is a limit to the number of children that we can accommodate, so we’d always recommend booking up quickly. Siblings are welcome as well, if we have room.
If you've been before, you'll know what a great experience it is, and if it's your first time, then you're in for a treat. It's a great opportunity for our young participants to learn new skills, try new experiences and make new friends, and it's all done without an electronic device in sight!
