Vacancy in our parent carer and toddler group
Sycamore Trust UK have a vacancy for an aspiring, committed and dynamic staff member to join our dedicated team to make a positive impact on our organisation and local families and help to deliver our Early Support programme within Barking & Dagenham.
Job Title: Parent/Carer & Toddler Group Assistant
Working with the team to support young children and families at our Barking & Dagenham Toddler Group. Working 6 hours a week over two mornings (Monday and Tuesday). Helping to provide practical support to families with children 0-3 years of age to ensure they have the best start to life.
- Contract: Sessional, fixed blocks of 5 weeks (Monday & Tuesday mornings)
- Hours: 6 hours per week (2 hours on a Monday and 4 hours on a Tuesday)
- Start date: September 2025
- End date: March 2026 (with possible extension subject to funding)
- Rate of pay: £13.85 per hour
