New group imminent

This year we're launching a brand new initiative for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and we're inviting people who want to take part to get in touch.  It's a brand new programme for young people with ASD living in Havering, Barking & Dagenham and Redbridge who are aged 10-16.
The programme consists of five modules, designed to enable young people with ASD to learn the skills required to live independently and make a contribution to society. Modules will be delivered on a weekly basis for two hours in the evening at the Royals Club in Rainham. Some activities will take place in the community, allowing the young people to become comfortable and competent in accessing their local environment. In addition we will include enjoyable and stimulating activities in a safe space where they can meet and make friends.
This project is funded by the Mayor's Young Londoner's Fund and is available for young people aged 10-16. For more information email activities@sycamoretrust.org.uk or call 020 8517 9317
