Thank you, McLaren!
We were delighted to receive a donation from McLaren Construction Ltd thanks to their efforts during Autism Awareness Week. McLaren Construction were appointed by Be First to redevelop the Linton Road car park and the site of Crown House, on Cambridge Road, next to Barking Station.
McLaren staff decided to #StepUpFor Sycamore in April with a fund raising challenge for their staff based in Barking - everyone got behind the Step Up challenge, but no one more so than office manager Teresa Brotherston, who managed 26,000 steps in one day!
The combined target for 100,000 steps was reached comfortably and £500 was raised as a result. Teresa is pictured presenting a cheque to Sycamore's Steve Dixon.
