The cafe is open!
We have a very special event at the end of this month for young women aged 16 and over.
Thanks to our friends from Royal Holloway, University of London, you are invited to join an arts and crafts café. At this, we will explore how we view ourselves, the world around us and how this relates to law.
The café will take place in person for a small group of young women with high functioning Autism, aged 16 and over, living in the boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. The event will take place on Thursday 24th June at 2pm at the Sycamore Trust UK building in Dagenham with the opportunity for others to join us online.
During the art and crafts cafe, participants will explore their everyday habits, challenges, objects, and surroundings to see what they can tell us, and explore how they connect to the uses and problems of law.
Participants attending in person will be provided with craft materials during the session and are also welcome to bring any craft materials of their choice. Anyone wishing to join us, please email familyservices@sycamoretrust.org.uk
